Dodgers 6, Pirates 3: Rain-shortened win in a way-too-early game makes it a sweep

Mood.

Despite the fact that the game started at 6 AM for me, here I am left to do the recap. For shame. SHAME!

Thankfully, it was at least a victory for a sweep of the Pirates, as the game was called for the Dodgers in the 8th at 6-3 after a lengthy rain delay.

Look at some highlights!

Mookie Betts started the game off on the right foot, smacking his sixth dinger of the year off Mitch Keller for an early lead.

He also helped preserve a tie with an absolutely ridiculous play.

Later, starter Julio Urias helped his own cause with a two-run single that capped off a three-run inning. That total eventually proved enough.

The Dodgers now travel home to play the Rangers.

Nap time!
