Dodgers @ Rockies July 17, 2021: Buehler vs. Freeland

After a strong beginning to the second half, the Dodgers are going for their fourth-straight win behind Walker Buehler. He’s opposed by Kyle Freeland. Freeland is a lefty, so the Rockies have a legitimate chance tonight.

Abbreviated thread today, so here’s what has been reported on the beat.

I’m still amazed there’s a chance Corey Knebel returns this season. And Corey Seager‘s return will be most welcome.

All that matters is that Clayton Kershaw comes back healthy … hopefully to join Max Scherzer.

Who knew 55-year-old Albert Pujols would end up being the Dodgers’ secret weapon against lefties?

Apparently, Daniel is there tonight.

First pitch is at 5:10 p.m.
