Dodgers Prospect Notes – 9/15/21: Bobby Miller cleans it up at AA, Andy Pages continues tear, Ryan Ward just hits

Bobby Miller settled in at the AA level with a much improved second outing for Tulsa, going 3.0 scoreless, allowing 3 hits, 1 walk, and striking out 4, all swinging.

The changeup in particular is an important pitch for his development, seeing him attack with it and get whiffs at the next level up is a big positive.

Andy Pages, fresh off being named High A Central Player Of The Week, hit yet another dong for Great Lakes.

Pages broke into Baseball America’s Top 100 in their latest update, released on 9/13, coming in at #94 overall.

Dodgers’ 2019 8th round pick Ryan Ward hit an oppo taco of his own yesterday, giving the 23-year-old 27 homers for the season. Ward has acquitted himself well in his first taste of full season baseball as a pro, with a .900 OPS that ranks second in the High A Central, only trailing Pages’ .944.
