It’s too early to thread. The Dodgers wrap up their series in Milwaukee after a sloppy loss last night. The good news is that Arizona and San Diego won’t win today. They’re both off, so a Dodger win pushes them back to a three-game lead while a loss would shrink the deficit to two. Win, IMO.

Jack Flaherty makes his third start as a Dodger. The Dodgers have won both of his previous starts and have scored 19 runs in the two games. He threw a season-high 110 pitches last time out against Pittsburgh and struggled in the fifth inning of that game, allowing a three-run bomb to Joey Bart.
Tobias Myers starts for the Brewers. He’s had a very impressive rookie season, with a 2.79 ERA in 18 appearances (17 starts). He’s had a couple stellar starts, with two eight-inning shutouts under his belt. Last time out, Myers allowed three hits and struck out nine in 7 1/3 shutout innings against the Reds. Mookie Betts gets the day off tonight, with Jason Heyward starting in right.
