Podcast: ‘Dugout Blues’ episode 144 – Fan Fest, Kendrick, Seager

On this episode of “Dugout Blues,” Jared Massey (Dodger Blue) and I recap the week’s Dodger news, and there was a little bit, for a change.

The Dodgers held Fan Fest over the weekend. There were some significant quotes to come out of it, mostly revolving around Yasiel Puig.

The Dodgers are going to bring back Howie Kendrick on a nice 2-year deal. The only negative here is the Dodgers won’t get another 1st-round pick for his signing elsewhere.

Baseball Prospectus and MLB.com released their Top 101/100 lists, with Corey Seager topping both. The Dodgers landing six and five prospects, respectively, on the lists.

The Dodgers also announced 16 (now up to 18) non-roster invitees. It’s going to be tough for any of them to make the opening day roster.

To close, a good Q&A session. Please keep the questions coming.
