Mother Nature wasn’t in the mood for baseball in Chicago tonight. Also, there was some kind of power outage (because that stadium is about 500 years old) that helped lead to the postponement of tonight’s Dodgers-Cubs game.
Tonight's game postponed due to more rain coming and "limited power outage." Doubleheader tomorrow 12:05 and 7:05 p.m Chicago time. #Dodgers third doubleheader this season

That means we get 10 a.m. baseball on a Tuesday. Yay?
Ken Gurnick was a bit salty when the postponement was announced.
Tonight's game, which could have been played if it had started on time, has been postponed and rescheduled as a split double-header tomorrow.

While Andy McCullough was making the best of a suboptimal situation.
CHICAGO — Under the flickering amber from a bank of malfunctioning stadium lights, Will Ireton played catch.

The pitching matchups will remain the same, as Kenta Maeda (4-4, 3.01 FIP) will be opposed by Tyler Chatwood (3-5, 4.75 FIP). First pitch from Wrigley Field is at 10:05 a.m. I suspect the lineups will also be the same.
Rain postponements in June are wild.
