Dodgers celebrate winning an incredible (and surprisingly improbable) 2024 World Series

The Dodgers and Yankees in the World Series with the two soon-to-be reigning MVPs, the only thing bad about that was it made Rob Manfred happy.

Fortunately, the Dodgers did not make bad history after getting ahead 3-0, and they never got the chance thanks to a meltdown of epic proportions by the Yankees. As such, the Dodgers get to celebrate being the 2024 World Series Champions.

What a fucking reaction by Walker Buehler.

Did you expect anything else?

Buddy, I am gonna be so insufferable. I was already, but now? Forget it.

Note: I’ll be adding as I find more, as people will surely be posting after they sober up or whatever.

======

Of course, immediately after the game the celebrations on the field were big this time.

Dave Roberts of course was ready with the parade speech!

Freddie Freeman being MVP … most obvious choice ever.

——

Alright, now we’re into the real celebration stuff.

Enrique Hernandez censored himself, but I have a feeling he won’t later.

Walker Buehler … my god, what an effort, what a legend,

Shohei Ohtani battled this World Series with his health but he carried this team the whole year.

Dave Roberts is definitely getting his flowers now.

Michael Kopech, what a turnaround.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto, yup, just the first playoff start glitch.

Freddie, of course.

Brusdar Graterol coming back in time was just huge.

Ditto for Alex Vesia.

Clayton Kershaw was just enjoying it, and yeah, everybody’s going to enjoy the parade.

——

The interviews are drenched with emotion, understandably so.

Mookie Betts detailed what led up to the go-ahead run and wanting to fight that Yankees fan.

Enrique’s always good for a little trolling.

Shohei says hi.

Buehler gives the 2020 deniers a fuck you (and so does Blake Treinen).

Speaking of, he makes Buehler an honorary Dawg.

Freddie had another moment with his dad.

Dave Roberts talked about the fight this team showed and his convo with Treinen and keeping the focus away from potentially blowing a 3-0 lead.

Picture time!

Fan reactions were nuts, perhaps a bit too much so, lol.

Thought it was interesting to get a peak at authentification.

Dodger Blue had a first-person view.

Memes and pettiness.

Yo, the parade!

There’s gonna be a lot more to come, man.

Just getting settled right now, honestly.

What an ad.
