Dodgers Prospect Notes – 9/13/2021: Gavin Stone has helium, Andy Pages is a beast, stuff of Nick Nastrini & Emmet Sheehan

Gavin Stone‘s tear through the High A Central League continues, as he added another seven Ks to his tally yesterday, and all seven were swinging.

Gavin Stone is on some kind of hot streak, and he continues to miss bats at a prodigious rate – he struck out 7 today in 3.0 IP of one run ball. Across his past 4 starts for Great Lakes:

Getting it up to 98, missing bats with two secondaries he can effectively command, plus athleticism, and repeating the delivery — all of the ingredients are there for some serious prospect helium.

Ho hum at this point, but Andy Pages struck again. First, he extended his homer lead in the High A Central with an absolute bomb to center.
