Dodgers celebrate an even harder-fought NL West title in 2025

Last year’s title for this post was “Dodgers celebrate a hard-fought NL West title in 2024“, and well, we’re back here again with another one in 2025 that was even harder-fought for. Hey, they won last year, right? Maybe the more flaws they do it with and the closer it is, the better they’ll play in the playoffs? Here’s hoping.

Either way, this is a remarkable 12th NL West title in 13 years for the Dodgers, something that many fans take for granted but you never should as you never know what can happen in baseball and all that success can disappear overnight.

That said, they did have an almost amusing reaction to clinching it.

======

First and foremost, there was Dave Roberts addressing the clubhouse before the celebrations really kicked off.

And there’s the team recap of things, of course.

Perhaps most important, though, is that the team had their own slip-and-slide in the clubhouse.

Fortunately, I didn’t see any players do it besides Miguel Rojas.

As far as interviews go, the retiring Clayton Kershaw was the most notable one.

Well … an all-timer of a quote to highlight here.

Teoscar Hernandez had a fun one as he got drenched alongside Kirsten Watson.

Enrique Hernandez was … Enrique Hernandez.

——

Then there was the rest of the celebrations, like Shohei Ohtani getting M-V-P chants…

Dalton Rushing carrying Hyeseong Kim

Anthony Banda dancing in…

…and then getting his own spray celebration video, complete with predictably thirsty comments, lol.

@dodgers Get it started, Anthony! 😂 #dodgers #sports #losangeles ♬ original sound – Los Angeles Dodgers

For the people.

Picture time!

Hopefully there’s four more of these this year for the Dodgers.
