Dodgers celebrate their 2025 World Series victory, securing back-to-back titles in way-too-dramatic fashion

Hello and welcome to the final celebration post of the year for the 2025 World Series victory. I’ve been thrilled to do a whopping four of these in 2025, especially since this one effectively cements the legacy of the Mark Walter/Stan Kasten/Andrew Friedman era of Dodgers baseball as not only a dynasty but the greatest in the history of a storied franchise.

To do it in a Game 7, and in a Game 7 that was dramatic, with the carry performance that Yoshinobu Yamamoto gave … it’s just so sweet as a way to repeat.

Let’s get it.

Speaking of that World Series MVP, here he is on the mic after Dave Roberts declared him the GOAT.

Some difficult with the lift … understandable.

Also, the presentation of the piece of metal always makes it feel just a bit more real.

Backtracking a bit, obviously the initial celebrations happened on the field immediate after the final play. Lots of unbridled joy, hugging, and love, honestly. It’s what you want.

Borderline dry humping, really, lol.

The players celebrating with their families on the field is also one of the best parts of all this.

After that, they went down for their clubhouse celebration, of course led by a Dave speech, but this time Clayton Kershaw closed things.

Now that the season was over, they added shots and cigars to the celly.

Pop off time.

Clayton was always going to be a popular target…

…same for Shohei Ohtani…

…and there was some stuff that carried onto the interviews, like Enrique Hernandez talking about David Vassegh‘s nipples for some reason (which they amusingly cut from the official clip).
