Dodgers 10, Nationals 1: Anderson shoves, offense produces

Lazy recap!

——

The Dodgers rebounded nicely after yesterday’s shocking extra-inning loss, busting out the lumber to back Tyler Anderson‘s gem in a 10-1 win over the Nationals.

Anderson went eight shutout frames, turning in perhaps the best start of his career. He was perfect through five frames, and escaped the jams he faced in the 6th and 7th thanks to quality defense: 8 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 8 K, 101 Pitches.

Meanwhile, the offense had a field day, scoring 10 runs on 12 hits (5 XBH) and five walks (1 HBP), jumping out to an early lead and piling on from there.

Dodgers are 28-13.
