2023 All-Star Game: 5 Dodgers try to help the NL to their 1st win since 2012

The five Dodgers who made the All-Star team will be in town for the 2023 All-Star Game, when they’ll try to help the NL to their first victory since 2012. The results of this are meaningless, but honestly, over a decade of losing is sorta humiliating.

The lineups, including the three Dodger starters going one after the other.

Of course other stuff has been happening besides the MLB Draft, but we didn’t cover it much because there wasn’t much notable.

Dalton Rushing played in the 2023 Futures Gamesorta.

Dalton Rushing, C (No. 4/MLB No. 50): Rushing is known for his ability to get on base, particularly by getting hit by pitches. That’s exactly what happened in his lone plate appearance during the Futures Game — the left-handed-hitting 22-year-old catcher was plunked by a pitch in the sixth inning before scoring from first on Marlins prospect Nasim Nuñez’s bases-clearing double.

Then again, this was probably more valuable than anything he could’ve shown in that game.

Additionally, Mookie Betts was somehow the third seed against Vladimir Guerrero Jr.‘s sixth seed in the 2023 Home Run Derby.

That match-up went about as … well, Mookie himself expected.

The tradition of Dodgers shitting themselves in the HR Derby is back, baby.

At least he lost to the eventual winner?

As far as other stuff going on, at least hating Rob Manfred is the one universal joy that baseball fans have.

We also got some #Content.

Go NL?

Go Dodgers on the NL at least.
